Terms of Service

1. All payments must be made through the clinic’s official payment system prior to the session. No cash payments to trainers or physiotherapists are permitted.

2. Fees paid for personal training and physiotherapy sessions are non-refundable.

3. All sessions purchased must be completed before the expiry date specified at the time of purchase.

4. Any sessions remaining after the session expiry date will be considered invalid and non-redeemable. (4 months from the date of purchase)

5. Any balance from unused sessions cannot be transferred to another department or another individual.

6. Clients must provide updated medical history and disclose any changes to their PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) before beginning any session.

7. Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ written notice for cancellations; otherwise, the session will be considered used and non-refundable. No-shows will also be fully charged and non-refundable.

8. If a practitioner cancels a session without at least 24 hours’ notice or offering a suitable alternative appointment, the client will be eligible for one complimentary session.

9. Shift Clinics and its professionals will not be held liable for any injury, medical complications, or pre-existing conditions that may arise during or after training or physiotherapy sessions.

10. Shift Clinics is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items within the facility. Clients are responsible for securing their belongings.

11. Clients must follow the treatment plan recommended by the physiotherapist and complete the required assessments before engaging in physical training.

12. Any additional physiotherapy treatments or assessments required beyond the agreed sessions will be charged separately.
